I came to late at night because of delay of train. Generally when a guest arrives hotel staffs helps him/ her with the luggage to get in. No one was interested in that. I went reception and presented my papers not a single word of greeting was uttered. We are senior citizens they kept us waiting till all the formalities was complete. We were given a room beside that they kept number of chairs as store. Actually It seemed to me they are not human they are robot..

Very bad experience from staff to room and washroom also. Leakage I'm washroom, staffs were not cooperative. They hold me for 3 hours for checkin.. Will never visit again. Also not recommend to anyone. Even after so many requests not allowed to enter first they say that room is not empty, then room is not clean etc etc

Stayed here during my last visit to deoghar in August first week.Hotel with nice ambience and polite staffs.Rooms were clean and tidy and specious. Close to Baidyanath temple and bus stand market area is near by. Food is good but they have limited menu.

● Didn't have a good experience here. Most of the staffs here don't know how to behave. ● Room was taken for two people and Wrong information was given by restaurant manager that breakfast was complementary for both. But it was for only one. The end result was that I had to pay for my wife. ● Room service is very slow and also chargeable. Room service men enter the room without knocking if it is not locked. ● Food is not so tasty but costly. Cold drink Pepsi 500 which is available in the market for 40 rs is available here for 80!

Most recommended stay when visiting Deogarh for darshan, every close to Baijnath Dham temple. Good room & tasty food, wonderful staff. Just had a wonderful stay with family & enjoyed the tasty food. Has car parking for guest. Highly recommended stay.
